We’re so excited to move with you! This event is designed to be a fun, welcoming, and mindful Pilates experience. To help keep everything running smoothly and safely, please read the following Terms & Conditions before attending.
By booking and attending this mat Pilates class (“Pilates & Prada”), you agree to the following:

1. Health & Participation
You acknowledge that participation in a mat Pilates class involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. You confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate.
You agree to inform the instructor prior to the class of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate. You also agree to notify the instructor immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or injury during the class.
You understand that it is your responsibility to exercise within your own limits and to modify or stop exercises as needed.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability
You acknowledge that all exercises are performed at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the instructor and organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of your participation in the Event.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend the Event, you agree to notify the organisers as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is provided and your spot can be filled by another participant, a refund may be issued at the organisers’ discretion.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your booking and no refund will be provided.

4. Photography & Media
Please note that photography and/or videography may take place during the Event.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant the organisers permission to use this content for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media, websites, and other materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify the organisers prior to the start of the Event, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

5. General
By attending the Event, you agree to comply with all instructions provided by the instructor and venue staff. Failure to do so may result in refusal of participation without refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
