TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be required upon entry.

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

• Tickets are transferable. Please contact the event organisers if you need to transfer your ticket to another guest.

• Entry includes access to the trivia and silent auction fundraiser event, food for the evening and one complimentary raffle ticket per person unless otherwise stated.

• Raffle bundles purchased online are optional add-ons only and do not include event entry. Physical raffle tickets will be issued on arrival at the event.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards venue staff, volunteers, organisers and other attendees. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person displaying inappropriate, abusive or intoxicated behaviour.

• Seating arrangements may be allocated by organisers to accommodate team bookings and venue capacity requirements.

• The event organisers reserve the right to amend event details, schedules or activities where necessary.

• By attending the event, guests consent to photography and video content being captured for promotional and fundraising purposes unless otherwise advised.

• All funds raised from this event will go towards supporting Ebony and her family through medical expenses, living costs and creating lasting family memories through “Mum’s Last Wish: One Last Family Adventure.”

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
