Ticketing
1. All tickets are valid for single entry only.
2. Tickets must be presented at entry, either digitally or printed.
3. Tickets may not be duplicated, resold for profit, or transferred in a misleading manner.
4. Seating may be general admission unless otherwise specified.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Tickets are generally non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
2. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
3. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refund requests may be considered within a specified period.
4. Refunds will not be provided for:
* Change of mind
* Inability to attend
* Late arrival
* Minor program changes

Entry & Conduct
1. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, volunteers, and other attendees.
2. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.
3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission in the interest of safety and audience experience.

1. Photography and short personal-use videos may be permitted unless otherwise advised during the event.
2. Professional recording, livestreaming, or commercial use of event footage without written permission is prohibited.
3. By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and archival purposes.

Liability
1. Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
2. The organiser is not responsible for:
* Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
* Personal injury except where caused by organiser negligence
* Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

1. Children attending the event must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
2. A separate ticket may be required depending on age and seating requirements.
