By purchasing and participating in any workshop, masterclass, audition preparation, or event hosted by Behind the Curtain, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

- Full payment is required to secure your place in the workshop.
- All bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Places are limited and secured on a first come, first served basis.

2. Refund Policy

- All payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, missed classes, or inability to attend.
- In the event that the workshop is cancelled by Behind the Curtain, participants will be offered either:

- a transfer to a future workshop, or
- a full refund at the organiser’s discretion.

3. Participant Responsibility & Medical Conditions

- Participants acknowledge that dance and physical activity carry inherent risks of injury.
- By attending, participants confirm they are physically fit and able to safely participate in the workshop activities.
- Participants are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to participation.

4. Liability Waiver

- Behind the Curtain, its teachers, assistants, staff, and venue partners accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property theft that may occur during or in connection with the workshop.
- Participants attend and participate entirely at their own risk.

5. Photography, Videography & Social Media Consent

- By attending the workshop, participants grant permission for photographs and video footage to be captured during classes, rehearsals, workshops, and events.
- Participants consent to the use of this content by Behind the Curtain for promotional, marketing, advertising, website, and social media purposes without compensation or further approval.
- This includes use across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, and promotional materials.

6. Code of Conduct

- All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, teachers, venue personnel, and fellow attendees.
- Disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

7. Schedule Changes

- Behind the Curtain reserves the right to alter workshop schedules, teachers, venues, or content where necessary.

8. Acceptance of Terms

- By purchasing a ticket or attending the workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
