Event Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to "Savour & Stroll: The Fairfield Progressive Experience" (the "Event") hosted by the Fairfield Village Traders Association (the "Organizer"), you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
7-Day Refund Policy: Request for ticket refunds must be made via email at least seven (7) full days prior to the event date. No refunds will be issued for any reason (including medical or personal emergencies) after 5:30 PM on Wednesday, 17th June 2026.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets are fully transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another person. Please notify the Organizer via email with the new attendee’s name and specific dietary requirements at least 48 hours before the event.
TryBooking Fees: Please note that any ticketing platform service fees or processing charges incurred at checkout are non-refundable.
2. Event Itinerary, Timing, and Logistics
Prompt Arrival: The Event operates as a strict progressive walking schedule across multiple venues (Rocket Wine, Spitaki, Flour & Salt, and Nikos). Check-in opens at 5:30 PM at Rocket Wine. The tour group departs promptly. The Organizer is not responsible if a Ticket Holder misses a portion of the itinerary due to late arrival.
Mobility Requirements: This is a walking tour moving through public sidewalks and variable venue spaces. Ticket Holders must be comfortable walking and standing for short periods. Please wear practical, comfortable footwear suitable for walking between venues.
3. Dietaries, Allergies, and Food Consumption
Advance Notification: All dietary requirements, food allergies, or severe intolerances must be explicitly stated during the TryBooking checkout process.
Cross-Contamination Disclaimer: While our local participating venues (Rocket Wine, Spitaki, Flour & Salt, Nikos) will do their absolute best to cater safely to stated dietary needs, foods are prepared in commercial kitchens. The Organizer cannot 100% guarantee that cross-contamination with allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy) will not occur. Ticket Holders consume event menus at their own risk.
4. Weather and Event Cancellation
Rain or Shine: The Event will proceed in rain, wind, or shine. Please monitor the local weather forecast and dress or bring umbrellas accordingly for the walks between venues.
Organizer Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event that the Organizer must cancel or reschedule the Event due to severe safety risks, government restrictions, or unforeseen structural venue issues, a full refund of the ticket face value will be provided to all purchasers.
5. Code of Conduct and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Responsible Drink Consumption: Alcohol will be served as part of the curated experience. All participating venues strictly adhere to Victoria's Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws. Staff reserve the right to refuse service to any individual showing signs of intoxication.
Right of Refusal: The Organizer and venue management reserve the right to remove any attendee from the tour group who demonstrates abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, performers, or fellow patrons. No refunds will be provided in this instance.
6. Photography and Media Release
By attending this public community event, you acknowledge that a professional photographer and content creators will be capturing footage. Images and videos may be used by Fairfield Village for future marketing, website highlights, and social media promotions. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event coordinator at check-in.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
