2. By attending this event you are providing your consent to be filmed and photographed as part of your participation and that images being placed on our public website.
3. This ticket should be presented at registration at this event.
4. Each ticket provides registration to "Proclaim 2026" and includes lunch and refreshments. Dietary requirements can be catered for only if information was provided at time of booking ticket.
5. Refunds will not be provided after RSVP's close.
6. If the event is cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, a refund will be issued to all patrons.
