1. Dress Code: Dress to impress.
2. Behaviour Expectations: All attended are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner, and any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive will not be tolerated.
The Principal and Assistant Principal have the right to ask those not behaving appropriately to leave and have students escorted off the premises.
3. Photo/Video Policy: The staff may take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, attendees give their consent for their image to be used by the College.
4. Transportation: Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.
5. Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises and anyone caught possessing or consuming alcohol will be immediately escorted off the premises.
6. Smoking/Vaping/Drugs Policy: Drugs, Vapes and Cigarettes are strictly prohibited on the premises, anybody caught with any of these substances will be immediately escorted off the premises.
7. Right to Search: The school reserves the right to search students or their belongings if there is a reasonable suspicion of drug or vaping-related activities.
8. Liability: The school or event organisers will not be held responsible for any loss, damages or theft of personal items.
9. Emergency: In case of an emergency, attendees are expected to follow the instructions of the event staff and comply with any evacuation procedures.
10. Only one ticket may be purchased for a student of Swinburne Senior Secondary College.
11. A refund may be given if requested at the discretion of the College - no refunds will be provided after the 15th of June.
12. The College holds the right to refuse entry to this event through the discretion of the Principal or the Principal's nominee.
13. Ticket Sales: By purchasing a ticket you are also acknowledging that you have reviewed and understood the terms and conditions set out herein and agree to abide by the rules to ensure a safe and drug-free environment at the event.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
