SYBC The Clockmaker’s Daughter Auditions – Terms & Conditions
Audition Date: Sunday 14th June 2026
1. All audition fees are non-refundable.
2. Refunds will not be provided for missed auditions, late arrivals, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, or changed personal circumstances.
3. In the event that State Youth Ballet Company (SYBC) cancels the auditions, applicants will receive a full refund of the audition fee only.
4. SYBC reserves the right to alter audition times, groupings, venue arrangements, or audition procedures if required. Such changes will not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Some students may be required to remain for call backs on the audition day.
6. Casting decisions will be emailed approximately 1–2 weeks following the auditions.
7. The decisions of the audition panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into regarding casting outcomes.
8. Dancers attend auditions at their own risk. State Youth Ballet Company, its staff, Directors, Managers and venue representatives will not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss or damage to personal property while attending the auditions or while on the premises.
9. Submission of the audition fee confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
