Offer
1. Each ticket is valid for one guest and includes curated share-style dishes and three selected drinks per person from the promotional menu, featuring Grant Burge wines, selected pints and a house spritz.

Minimum Booking
2. Tickets are sold per person. A minimum of 2 guests is required for this offer. There is no maximum group size, subject to availability.

Event Period
3. This offer is available daily throughout August 2026, subject to venue availability.

Booking Process
4. Purchase of a TryBooking ticket secures the package only and does not confirm a table time. After purchase, guests will be contacted by the venue via email to arrange a booking time, or guests may contact the venue directly on (08) 9218 9542 to secure a time. A valid TryBooking reference must be provided when making the venue booking.

Seating
5. Seating is unallocated and subject to venue availability. Table allocation and booking times are managed by the venue.

Changes by Venue / Exclusive Event Bookings
6. Long Neck reserves the right to move a booking to another date or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary for operational reasons, including but not limited to exclusive or major private events, venue buyouts, safety issues, or other circumstances affecting service. Where the venue cancels a booking or makes a major change, customers will be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a refund.

Customer Cancellations and No-Shows
7. Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, non-attendance or late arrival, except where required by law. Any request to move a booking is subject to venue approval and availability.

Menu and Beverage Substitutions
8. The venue reserves the right to vary menu items, beverage selections, serving formats or inclusions where required due to availability, seasonal changes or operational requirements. Any substitutions will be of a reasonably equivalent standard.

Dietary Requirements
9. Dietary requirements must be advised when arranging the booking time with the venue. Requests will be accommodated where possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Alcohol Service
10. This is an 18+ alcohol-inclusive offer. Valid photo ID may be required. Alcohol service is subject to responsible service of alcohol laws, and the venue reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons or anyone unable to provide valid proof of age.

11. By purchasing a ticket, customers also agree to any applicable TryBooking terms and conditions.

Consumer Rights
12. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
