Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session time to ensure the girls participate in the pre-session safety talk

What to Bring On The Day:
Youth Activity Consent Form (ADM.27)
Guide Shirt with Logo, appropriate pants
Enclosed/Covered Shoes (Sneakers)
Ankle high socks (Long Grass)
Hat, Sunscreen, Water Bottle
All long hair must be tied back
Snacks or Lunch Depending on Session Time
Good Manners and A Smile :-)

Archery Cancellation Policy:
In the event of dangerous, inclement weather or unsuitable conditions (ground soaked, too slippery or dangerous winds) we are required to cancel an archery event.
It is our policy to refund the ticket price ($15.00) to each participant if the event is cancelled.
Refunds will be processed from TryBooking 7 days after the scheduled event date.
The payment will be returned to the card you used to make the booking.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
