• Event: Dinner at Sandy Hook (the “Event”).
• Tickets & pricing: Tickets are priced per person and represent the cost of dinner per head, unless otherwise stated.
• Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment has been received (or as otherwise advised by the organiser). Please keep your confirmation message/receipt.
• Dietary requirements: Please advise dietary requirements/allergies at the time of booking (or as soon as possible). While we will pass requests to the venue, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
• Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrival may impact service and seating arrangements.
• Venue rules & conduct: Attendees must comply with Sandy Hook venue policies and staff directions. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
• Photography: Photos may be taken during the Event for internal or promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell the organiser on arrival.
• Contact: For questions, dietary updates, or transfer/cancellation requests, contact the organiser.
