Final dietary requirements must be confirmed 12 business days before the event. Changes or additions to dietary requirements can be
made up to 48 hours prior to the event at no extra however if changes are made (including on event day) it will incur a surcharge of 50%
of the food package price per additional requirement which will be charged back to the guest.
