TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALES AND REFUNDS

TICKET PURCHASE AND CONFIRMATION

All ticket sales are final upon purchase.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please check your email (including the spam/junk folder) to ensure you receive your ticket confirmation.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

If the concert is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

If the concert is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within a specified time frame (usually 14 days from the announcement of the new date).

REFUND POLICY

- Full Refunds: Available for requests made at least 48 hours before the concert or if the concert is canceled or rescheduled.

- Partial Refunds: 50% refund for requests made 24-48 hours before the concert.

- No Refunds: For requests made less than 24 hours before the concert.

- Ticket Transfers: Allowed if we are notified at least 24 hours before the concert with the new attendee’s details.

- Special Circumstances: Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other significant, unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

- Processing Fees: Refunds may be subject to a small processing fee to cover administrative costs.

- Non-Refundable Items: Service fees and other charges associated with the ticket purchase (e.g., credit card fees) are non-refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at guitar@alisonglew.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.

Replacement tickets may be issued at the discretion of the event organiser, subject to verification of purchase and proof of identity.

EVENT ADMISSION

Admission to the event is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.

Late arrivals may be required to wait until an appropriate break in the event to enter the venue.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than the original purchase price is grounds for ticket cancellation without refund or other compensation.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including any health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event.
Liability:

The event organizers and venue are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred by attendees while attending the event.

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website and will take effect immediately.
