By registering for the St Charbels iSeek Teens Party on the 13th of June 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Details:
This event is our annually iSeek party, celebrating the 15th birthday, these are the following details:
Date: Saturday, 13th of June
Drop off: 6:30pm at St Charbel’s Multi- Purpose Hall
Pick up: 10:30pm at St Charbel’s Multi- Purpose Hall
Activity: To celebrate iSeek’s 15th Birthday we will be having a Hafle at the rooftop of the St Charbel’s with food and a DJ present.
Venue: St Charbel’s Rooftop (on top of the multi purpose hall).
2. Attendance & Supervision
Who is eligible? This event is open to teenagers aged 12-18 years of age in high school (grades 7-12) ONLY!
To attend, a parent/guardian of all participants under the age of 18, must register prior to the event via the official iSeek booking link and show the ticket at the entry table. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MIDNIGHT THE 12TH OF JUNE ON FRIDAY. Therefore, no registrations on the night of the Hafle.
Leaders Responsibility:
Leaders are responsible for supervision only during the event (6:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
We are not responsible for any children left unsupervised outside the drop-off/pick-up location after 11:00 PM.
All leaders hold a WWCC and there will be at least two first aid officer present.
All leaders are mandatory reporters and complete child safe training, to ensure the safety of all seekers.
All seekers will be supervised by iSeek adult leaders who complete appropriate safeguarding checks.
3. Safeguarding & Conduct
All volunteers and leaders comply with child protection laws and St Charbel’s Church safeguarding policies.
Expectations:
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Bullying, inappropriate conduct, or disrespect towards leaders or other attendees will not be tolerated.
Any safeguarding concerns will be reported and managed according to legal and church policies.
Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event and parents/guardians will be notified for an immediate pick up.
iSeek reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who fail to meet eligibility or comply with these expectations.
As this is a church event please be mindful of chosen clothing attire as it should be appropriate and modest.
iSeek reserves the right to refuse teens entry if dressed inappropriately. For further information contact the coordinator - Georgette Wakim – 0457 771 204.
4. Photography and Media Consent
Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional, social media purposes, church newsletters, and future event advertising.
By registering, you (and your parent/guardian) grant iSeek permission to use images/videos in which you may appear.
If you DO NOT wish for your child’s photo to be used, please notify the contacts below before the event to receive verbal and written confirmation.
5. Transport and Arrival
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and departs safely.
Alternative arrangements must be requested prior to the event directly to the iSeek Executives:

Attendees must arrive on time (6:30pm) and be collected promptly at the conclusion of the event (10:30pm). Please note, adult supervision will conclude by (11:00pm)
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL be allowed to enter the event - gates close at 8pm!
Late pick-ups will incur contact with the emergency contact listed.
Any child that wishes to leave the event early must provide verbal or written consent from a parent/guardian prior to leaving.
6. Health and Emergency Information
Parents/guardians must inform event organisers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs for the child.
If a participant is feeling unwell, they should not attend the event.
In the event of a medical emergency, first aid will be provided, and parents/guardians will be contacted if necessary.
We will not be responsible for administering any medication.
Attendees with allergies must bring any necessary medications (e.g. EpiPen) and the iSeek Coordinator (Georgette Wakim – 0457 771 204) OR iSeek Safeguarding Officer (Maria Zouein – 0481 185 459) must be notified upon arrival.
A note from either your doctor or parent/guardian is to accompany the medication.
We promote a nut-free environment to ensure the safety of all attendees. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of nut traces in food previously consumed on-site.
7. Drugs, Alcohol, and Prohibited Items
This is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free event.
Attendees found with prohibited items will have the item confiscated, will be asked to leave the premises and parent/guardian will be notified.
Any illegal activity or paraphernalia will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
8. Program Changes and Cancellations
The organisers reserve the right to cancel part of or the entire program as deemed necessary.
Any cancellations or changes will be communicated to parents/guardians as soon as possible.

9. Liability Disclaimer
While all reasonable precautions are taken, St Charbel’s Church and event leaders are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.
Participation in this event is at the attendee’s own risk.
Personal accident insurance against injury, accident, or loss is the responsibility of the participant’s parent/guardian.
In the unlikely event of an injury or accident involving a child, you accept that the organisers will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from or associated with their participation.
You hereby waive all claims against the event organisers in relation to the child/children you have permitted to attend.
10. Agreement
Submission of a booking indicates that you (and your parent/guardian, where applicable) have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
