1. Baggage Policy
Each passenger is entitled to bring a maximum of three (3) bags or their equivalent.

Equivalent baggage may include, for example, one (1) small bag, one (1) suitcase, and one (1) tent.

Please note that swags are strictly prohibited due to space limitations.

2. Service Cancellation
The service provider reserves the right to cancel scheduled services if less than 50% of seats are purchased.

In the event of such a cancellation, affected passengers will be notified accordingly.

3. Event Inquiries
For all inquiries regarding event details, schedules, or specific information, please contact the "Event Organiser" directly.

4. Communication & Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, you provide your express consent to receive event-related information and updates via email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
