Glow Dance reserves the right to cancel a scheduled day if insufficient bookings have been received. In the event of a day being cancelled every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative date a full refund will be granted.
Glow Dance reserves the right to change the activities scheduled for a particular day, no refunds will be granted.
We require 48 hours advanced written notice if you or your child wishes to withdraw from our program.
Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal.
We will refund the fee if:
- A particular day or days you have booked are cancelled and we cannot offer a suitable alternative day or days, or
- You have a Medical Certificate and you can show us medical evidence that the activities will cause physical harm or physical injury to
your child, or
- 48 hours advanced written notice, requesting withdrawal from the program, has been received by Glow Dance, or
- The law requires us to refund the fee.
We do not refund or provide credit for absences.
If children are not collected by 4:15pm a late fee of $25.00 may apply, at the discretion of Glow Dance. Note: Glow Dance will revert to a Dance studio after 4:30pm and will be preparing for adult dance classes.
Attending the Glow Dance School Holiday Program
Dance classes and physical activities can involve risk of personal injury. While Glow Dance takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its activities; it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or activities, or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and/or your child are physically and mentally fit for the classes and activities provided by Glow Dance.
If your child has Anaphylaxis, you must complete and return an Anaphylaxis Action Plan, available on the Glow Dance website www.glow.dance/health_forms. We also require you to supply Glow Dance with an Epipen for the duration of your child's stay with us.
If your child has Asthma, you must complete and return an Asthma Action Plan available on the Glow Dance website www.glow.dance/health_forms. We also require you to supply Glow Dance with an inhaler and spacer.
If your child has an Allergy, you must complete and return an Allergy Action Plan, available from the Glow Dance website www.glow.dance/health_forms. We also require you to supply Glow Dance with any medication.
If your child has any other medical concerns, please contact us for the relevant Risk Minimisation forms.
