Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings for painting classes require a minimum of four (6) participants to proceed.

Full payment required to secure your spot

Due to the nature of small group, pre-planned events and limited spots, all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable, regardless of reason, including illness, change of plans, or personal circumstances.

If you are unable to attend your booked class, you may transfer your booking to another person. In this case, please notify me in advance with the replacement attendee’s name.

To help manage class availability and allow others the opportunity to book, we require a minimum of 42 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows sufficient time to offer the spot to someone else.

Cancellations or changes made within 42 hours of the class, or no-shows, will result in the full booking being forfeited.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
