Event Changes
In the unlikely event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, organisers may adjust timings or program elements to ensure safety. In the unlikely situation of the event being cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, your hosts will contact you and organise a full refund if you cannot make the new dates.
Responsibility
Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings, health considerations, and safety throughout the event.
Cancellation Policy
More than 21 days before the event start date:
Refund available minus a 15% cancellation/admin fee.
Between 21 and 14 days before the event:
Refund available minus a 25% cancellation/admin fee.
Transfer available - if you find someone to take your place, only a 15% admin fee will be charged (we will refund the rest once their booking is confirmed).
Between 14 and 7 days before the event:
No refund is available.
Transfer available - if you find someone to take your place, only a 15% admin fee will be charged (we will refund the rest once their booking is confirmed).
Within 7 days of the event:
No refunds or transfers are available.
Transfers and Cancellations
All transfer and cancellation requests must be made via email and approved by the event organisers.
