Thank you for purchasing tickets for our upcoming Mizan Avenue program.
Due to the nature of our programs and the limited number of tickets per program due to venue capacity, refund requests made within 48 hours of the program will not be processed unless there are mitigating circumstances which will be reviewed by the team.
Refund requests after 48 hours prior to the event will not be processed. Often, people wanting to come to programs are turned away due to limitations of capacity of the spaces we run our programs out of. Due to this, and the cost required to run these programs, we are not able to refund attendees on short notice.
We are more than happy for you to swap your spot with someone if you have someone that you know would like to.
