To assist with event planning, catering, venue commitments, and course material preparation, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations:

100% Refund
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
50% Refund
Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Additional Terms
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Registration transfers to another attendee may be permitted upon prior approval from the organisers.
If the event is postponed or cancelled by the organisers, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled event.
By registering for the event, attendees agree to the above terms and conditions.
