Drop-off/Pick-up:

Parent/guardian must sign the child in and out.


Unsupervised Time:

Participants are not permitted to leave the designated meetup area without a guardian.


Risk Acknowledgment of Public Space:

By booking, the parent/guardian acknowledges that the event takes place in a public area. While the organiser has a Working with Children Check and follows safety protocols, the organizer is not liable for risks inherent to public spaces, including but not limited to natural hazards or third-party interactions.


Medical Consent
In the event of an accident or illness, I authorise the organiser to obtain any medical assistance they deem necessary (including calling an ambulance) and agree to meet all associated costs.


4. Photo & Media Release

By booking I consent to the organiser taking photos/videos of the participant for promotional purposes. (If you do not consent, please notify the organiser in writing prior to the event)
