The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, unpaid or purchased through an unauthorised channel. Attendees may be asked to show booking confirmation and valid identification at entry.

This is a women-only social event created to provide a comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable space for women to connect, dance and celebrate together. The organiser reserves the right to manage entry in line with the nature and purpose of the event.
Age and Licensed Venue Conditions
This event is held at a licensed venue. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the ticket price and may be purchased separately from the venue bar. The venue may refuse service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately or does not comply with venue staff directions.
Ticket Inclusions
The ticket includes entry to the event, nibbles and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages and any other purchases from the venue are not included and must be paid for separately by the attendee.
Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, non-attendance, illness, late arrival, personal circumstances or failure to comply with event or venue requirements. If the organiser cancels the event or makes a major change to the event, attendees will be offered a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Booking fees, payment processing fees or third-party platform fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee only with prior notice to the organiser. The organiser is not responsible for private ticket transfers, resale issues, incorrect attendee details or disputes between ticket buyers and third parties.
Event Changes
The organiser may make reasonable changes to event timing, format, entertainment, inclusions, seating arrangements, suppliers or programme details due to operational needs, venue requirements, safety concerns, supplier availability or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes.
Behaviour and Safety
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, venue staff, organisers, contractors, performers, volunteers and supporters. The organiser and venue reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to any person who is aggressive, intoxicated, disruptive, unsafe, abusive, harassing, damaging property or not following reasonable directions. No refund will be provided where entry is refused or an attendee is removed due to unacceptable behaviour.
