Terms & Conditions – Sound Healing Sessions
1. Nature of Service
Sound healing sessions are a complementary wellness practice that may include instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, or music. These sessions are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
2. Health Disclaimer
By participating, you acknowledge:
You are responsible for your own physical and mental health.
You will inform the practitioner of any relevant conditions (e.g., pregnancy, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, mental health conditions, implants like pacemakers).
You understand results may vary and no guarantees are provided.
If you are under medical care, consult your healthcare provider before attending.
3. Personal Responsibility
You agree to listen to your body and adjust your participation as needed.
You may leave at any time.
The practitioner is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse effects experienced during or after the session.
4. Bookings & Payments
Full payment (or deposit) is required to confirm your booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full fee.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, but rescheduling may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Arrive on time and respect the space and others.
Maintain a quiet and respectful environment.
Follow all instructions given by the practitioner.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
7. Group Sessions
Group experiences may involve shared space and sound.
The practitioner is not responsible for individual reactions to group dynamics.
8. Confidentiality
Any personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Contraindications
Sound healing may not be suitable for individuals with:
Severe mental health conditions
Sound-induced epilepsy
Certain heart conditions or implanted medical devices
Participation is at your own risk.
10. Media & Recording
No recording or photography is allowed without permission.
The practitioner may take photos/videos for promotional purposes only with prior consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practitioner is not liable for:
Any injury, loss, or damage

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you:
