1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the 2026 Trivia Fundraiser event.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Entry to the event for minors under 15 years of age may be restricted. All minors in attendance must be accompanied by a responsible adult when ordering from the bar.
5. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds and will therefore be considered a donation to the Queensland Synchronized Iceskating Club. In the circumstance that the event is cancelled due to public health requirements, or cancelled by the Event Organisers, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
6. Westside HQ has a responsibility to ensure the safety of its community and has the right to refuse the sale of alcohol, and/or to refuse entry onto its premises in accordance with its policies and procedures.
7. Westside HQ has the right to enforce its dress code and entry requirements in accordance with its policies and procedures. Refer to: https://www.westsidehq.org.au/ for further information.
8. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to its event.
9. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.
10. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, the Queensland Synchronized Iceskating Club Inc. is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. 11. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
12. Doors open at 7.00pm for team table decorating and dinner orders from the bar menu. Trivia starts at 7.30pm sharp.
13. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
14. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
15. The Event Organiser and/or the Westside HQ has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. Images or videos may be used for the purpose of marketing and promotion.
16. Any data collected shall be used for the purpose of administrating and management of the fundraising event, and be used in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
