St Bedes Father-Child Camp Terms & Conditions:

Upon purchasing these tickets for the St Bedes Father-Child Camp, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Responsibility and Supervision:
a. I am solely responsible for the safety, welfare, and medical/dietary needs of my child(ren) throughout the Camp.
b. I commit to providing continuous supervision for my child(ren) during all Camp activities.

2. Acknowledgement of Risks:
a. I comprehend that Camp activities inherently entail risks, including the potential for personal injury.
b. Despite preventive measures, accidents leading to physical harm can occur.

3. Camp Organizers' Liability:
a. The Camp Organizers bear no responsibility for the health or well-being of me or my child(ren) during the Camp.
b. The Camp Organizers are not liable for ensuring safety during Camp activities.

4. Waiver and Release:
a. Through the purchase of these tickets, I acknowledge and consent to releasing and forever discharging the Camp Organizers from any liability, encompassing personal injury or property damage arising from Camp participation.
b. This purchase confirms that I am not establishing an agreement with the Camp Organizers.

5. Activity Restrictions and Responsibilities:
a. Due to logistical limitations, the DAY TRIP option from the previous camp will not be available.
b. Electronic devices, such as iPads and phones, are prohibited for children during the camp.
c. I understand that as an adult attendee, I am jointly responsible for various camp tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and end-of-camp duties.
d. Bicycles may be brought by children for use during designated free time.
e. In the event of possessing a first aid certificate, I commit to offering assistance as required by the camp organizers.

6. Refund Policy:
a. While concerted efforts will be made to refund camp fees due to COVID-related cancellations, full or partial refunds are not assured. Refunds hinge on the resale of tickets to other families by the committee.

7. Pool and Lake Supervision:
a. While not obligatory, I am agreeing to take full responsibility for myself and my children in and around the pool and lake.
b. Specific regulations govern pool and lake usage, including adult supervision, safety protocols, and limitations.
c. A.A.R. staff will not supervise the pool or the lake, and swimming is prohibited in the lake.

Casual Participant Risk Acknowledgement & Waiver:

I acknowledge the inherent risks of engaging in harness, lake, pool, or land activities at Alexandra Adventure Resort. I confirm my comprehension of the Water Rules and Safety Management Plan. I willingly assume the associated risks, including potential falls and drowning. I absolve Alexandra Adventure Resort, its employees, agents, and St Bedes Father Child Camp Organizers from liability for any injuries I may incur. I pledge not to hold them liable or initiate legal action for claims, costs, damages, or liabilities stemming from my participation.

I grasp the associated risks, confirm my physical capacity, and affirm that I will not participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I accept accountability for the safety of any individuals I may supervise. I commit to complying with all instructions from Alexandra Adventure Resort and St Bedes Father-Child Camp Organizers.

By purchasing these tickets, I endorse the binding nature of this waiver and consent to its terms being governed by the Laws of Victoria.

As the parent/legal guardian, I grant consent for the participation of the children under my care in camp activities and pledge adherence to the stipulated requirements. I confirm my comprehension of the binding nature of this waiver under the Laws of Victoria.

Upon ticket purchase, I acknowledge and willingly embrace the terms and conditions outlined for the St Bedes Father-Child Camp.
