By registering, participants declare they are fit, acknowledge risks including weather, terrain and injury, and participate at their own risk. Participants release Run4Ben and all associated parties from liability.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Participants must follow directions, act safely, assist others if required, and notify officials if withdrawing.

SAFETY
Running involves risks. Participants must manage hydration, awareness and personal safety at all times.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Under 18s require guardian consent. Children must be supervised appropriately.

EVENT RULES
Participants must follow the course, wear bibs visibly and comply with event instructions.

INSURANCE
Participants are responsible for personal medical and ambulance costs and should ensure appropriate cover.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds. No guarantee of refund if event cancelled due to external conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY
Run4Ben collects participant data for event purposes only and does not sell or share information externally.

PHOTOS AND MEDIA
Participants consent to photography and media use for event promotion.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
