Terms & Conditions – Event Attendance

By purchasing a ticket and attending any event hosted by us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Tickets & Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, or inability to attend.

Tickets may be transferred or privately resold. It is the attendee’s responsibility to notify the organiser of any name changes prior to the event.

Refunds or transfers will only be offered if an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organiser.


2. Event Entry & Timing

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Events will begin promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals may miss parts of the experience and will not be eligible for refunds or extensions.


3. Conduct & Behaviour

This is a shared social environment. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, organisers, venues, and other guests.

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or service at their discretion to ensure a safe environment for all guests.


4. Alcohol & Responsibility (if applicable to event)

Some events may be 18+ and/or BYO alcohol where permitted by venue regulations.

Guests are responsible for drinking responsibly at all times.

The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.


5. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk.

The organiser, associated staff, and venues are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the event, except where required by law.

Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to venue property, equipment, or materials.


6. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the event format, timing, venue, or inclusions if required.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser, attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to a new date.

The organiser is not responsible for costs incurred by attendees (including travel or accommodation) in the event of cancellation or changes.


7. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during events and used for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify the organiser prior to or at the event.


8. General

By attending, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional instructions provided by event staff on the day.

The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
