1. General

By purchasing a ticket to Disney’s High School Musical Jr, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any accompanying attendees.

This production is presented by Trinity College Beenleigh with support from Beenleigh Theatre Group at Crete Street Theatre, Beenleigh.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry

* All tickets are sold exclusively through the official booking platform, TryBooking, and not directly by Trinity College Beenleigh.
* Each attendee must hold a valid ticket unless otherwise specified.
* Tickets may be presented digitally or in printed form.
* All tickets will be scanned upon entry to the auditorium.
* Seating is assigned, and patrons must sit in the seat specified on their ticket.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

* Tickets are non-refundable, except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
* Exchanges may be offered at the organiser’s discretion and subject to availability.
* If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered:
* a transfer to another performance; or
* a full refund of the ticket price.

4. Late Arrival

* Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of theatre staff.
* Entry may be delayed to minimise disruption.

5. Changes to Performance

* The organiser reserves the right to:
* alter performance dates, times, or casting if required
* substitute performers without notice
* Ticket holders will be notified of major changes where possible.

6. Photography, Recording & Copyright

* Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during the performance.
* This restriction is in place to comply with licensing requirements and to protect the safety and privacy of child performers.
* This production is presented under licence, and copyright restrictions apply.
* Breaches may result in removal from the venue.

7. Venue Conditions of Entry

* All patrons must follow directions from staff of Trinity College Beenleigh and Beenleigh Theatre Group.
* Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
* The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

8. Child Supervision

* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* Trinity College Beenleigh is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all young people.

9. Health & Safety

* Patrons should not attend if unwell.
* The organiser may enforce health and safety requirements in line with venue or government guidance.

10. Liability

* To the extent permitted by law, Trinity College Beenleigh and Beenleigh Theatre Group are not liable for:
* loss or damage to personal property
* injury arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control

11. Accessibility

* Patrons requiring accessibility support are encouraged to contact the organiser prior to the event.

13. Acceptance

Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
