1. Ticket Reservations
Tickets must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your spot at the time of booking.
Each booking is valid for the specified event date only.
Bookings are accepted until capacity is reached. Once the event is full, a waitlist will be available to collect contact details of potential patrons should further space become available.
2. Entry & Seating
A valid ticket guarantees entry, and table allocation will be based on the number of tickets in your booking.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible to allow others from our community to enjoy the event.
As catering is prepared in advance, refunds may not be available for late cancellations or no-shows.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
4. Food & Drink
Your ticket is redeemable on a plate of pierogi (either full or half-plate), and additional pierogi can also be purchased on the day.
Coffee, tea, and cakes will be available to purchase on the day, and the bar will be open for drinks.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
5. Event Changes
Dom Polski reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, or venue, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
6. Photography & Media
By attending, you agree that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
7. Health & Safety
Please follow any health and safety guidelines in place at the event.
