By purchasing a ticket to The Hot Seat Live, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Tickets & Payment
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket is transferable to another person. Please notify us of any name changes prior to the event.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

Entry
Doors open at 6:50pm. The event begins at 7:00pm. Please arrive with your ticket (digital or printed) and valid photo ID. This event is held at a licensed venue. Guests under 18 years of age must be signed in by a parent or guardian in accordance with venue requirements.

Venue
All guests are expected to comply with venue rules and conditions of entry. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry. Responsible service of alcohol applies.

Photography & Video
Photography and videography will be captured on the night for promotional and content purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you have any concerns, please contact us prior to the event.

Privacy
Your personal information is collected for ticketing and event communication purposes only. You may receive occasional updates about future The Hot Seat Project events. You can opt out at any time by contacting us directly.

Accessibility
If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us prior to the event so we can ensure your needs are met.

Liability
The Hot Seat Project and its organisers take all reasonable care for the safety of attendees. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
