Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending this Queensland Naturist Association Inc. event, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Code of Conduct

I agree to follow the Queensland Naturist Association Inc. Code of Conduct at all times.

I understand that QNA events are based on respect, consent, inclusion, and appropriate social behaviour. I agree to treat all attendees, volunteers, venue staff, and organisers with courtesy and respect.

I understand that inappropriate behaviour may result in my removal from the event without refund.

1) Clothing Optional Environment
I understand this is a clothing optional naturist event.
Clothing optional means attendees may choose to be nude, partially clothed, or clothed. I agree not to pressure, shame, photograph, stare at, comment on, or make anyone uncomfortable about their body or clothing choices.

2) Consent and Personal Boundaries
I agree that consent is required for any physical contact, personal comments, close interaction, or photography.
I understand that “no” means no, and that silence or friendliness does not imply consent.
I agree to respect everyone’s personal space and boundaries.

3) Behaviour and Safety
I agree not to engage in behaviour that is sexual, predatory, intimidating, harassing, discriminatory, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate.
I understand that QNA events are social naturist events, not sexual events.
Any behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable may result in immediate removal.

4) Photography and Privacy
I agree not to take photos, videos, livestreams, or recordings at the event unless clearly permitted by the organisers.
If photography is allowed at a specific event, I understand that I must obtain clear permission from every person who may appear in the photo or video before taking or sharing it.
I agree to respect the privacy of all attendees.

5) Venue Rules
I agree to follow all venue rules, safety instructions, hygiene requirements, and directions from QNA organisers or venue staff.
I understand that the venue may have additional conditions relating to alcohol, food, spa/sauna use, towels, smoking/vaping, behaviour, or access to certain areas.

6) Health and Personal Responsibility
I attend at my own risk and agree to take responsibility for my own health, wellbeing, and personal belongings.
I will not attend if I am unwell, affected by a contagious illness, or unable to safely participate.
For spa, sauna, swimming, or heat-based events, I understand that these activities may not be suitable for everyone. I am responsible for deciding whether participation is safe for me.

7) Alcohol and Substances
If alcohol is available or permitted, I agree to consume responsibly.
I understand that intoxication, drug use, unsafe behaviour, or failure to follow venue or organiser directions may result in removal from the event without refund.

8) Tickets, Refunds, and Transfers
Tickets are only valid for the event, date, and ticket type purchased.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be limited by booking platform fees, venue costs, or event expenses already incurred.
Tickets may not be transferred to another person without approval from QNA, especially for members-only or invite-only events.

9) Membership and Eligibility
For members-only events, I understand that I must be a current eligible QNA member at the time of the event.
If I purchase a members-only ticket and I am not eligible to attend, QNA may cancel my ticket and refuse entry.

10) Right of Refusal
QNA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event if organisers believe their attendance or behaviour may affect the safety, comfort, privacy, or enjoyment of others.

This includes breaches of the Code of Conduct, inappropriate conduct, intoxication, abusive behaviour, or failure to follow directions.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

I understand that failure to comply may result in refusal of entry, removal from the event, cancellation of future attendance rights, or referral to venue staff or authorities where appropriate.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
