Thank you for your booking and payment to park at Bondi Beach Public School during City2Surf on Sunday 9 August 2026.
Approximately two weeks prior to the event, you will receive an email containing an A4 parking pass for the front window of your vehicle(s), which will allow entry into the school grounds on the day.
Please complete the required sections and ensure the driver’s name and mobile number are included for each vehicle so we can contact you if required. We also ask that you include an estimated departure time (for example, between 11am–12pm), as this assists us in positioning vehicles within the grounds to allow smoother exits for everyone. If you have several minibuses booked, we will do our best to park them together.
Entry to the school grounds is via the Warners Avenue driveway.
Please note that gates close at 3:30pm and all vehicles must be removed by this time.
No dogs are permitted on school grounds. No BBQs, open flames or cooking equipment are permitted on site without the express permission of the BBPS P&C.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

The personal information we collect is limited to information relating to your booking with us, including contact details such as your name, telephone number and email address, as well as information regarding previous bookings with BBPS P&C. This information will not be shared with third parties.
