Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a session.
By booking and attending a session with Flowerville Playhouse, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Supervision
1. All children must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
2. Flowerville playhouse provides sensory play experiences and activities; however, parents and carers remain fully responsible for the care, supervision, behaviour, and safety of their children throughout the session.
3. Under no circumstances may a child be left unattended or dropped off at a session.
Bookings & Payments
4. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
5. A booking confirmation serves as proof of purchase and may be requested upon arrival.
6. Session prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be reflected in the current booking system.
Cancellations & Transfers
7. Bookings are non-refundable.
8. If you are unable to attend, a transfer to another available session may be offered with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
9. If Flowerville playhouse is required to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control, including venue issues, extreme weather, illness, or other unforeseen events, participants will be offered a transfer to another available session.
Health & Safety
10. Any child or adult who is unwell, displaying symptoms of illness, or has a contagious condition should not attend.
11. Running, rough play, or unsafe behaviour is not permitted. Participants may be asked to leave if their behaviour places themselves or others at risk.
12. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited at all sessions.
13. Flowerville playhouse reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Allergies & Materials
14. We strive to use child-friendly, non-toxic materials wherever possible. However, parents and carers are responsible for ensuring activities are suitable for their child’s individual needs.
15. It is the responsibility of parents and carers to advise us of any allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, or dietary requirements prior to attending.
16. While every effort is made to provide safe materials, participation is at your own discretion and risk.
Clothing & Personal Belongings
17. Sensory play can be messy. We recommend wearing clothing suitable for play activities.
18. Flowerville playhouse accepts no responsibility for stains, damage to clothing, or personal belongings.
19. Participants are responsible for their own personal items. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Photography
20. Parents and carers are welcome to take photographs of their own children during sessions.
21. To protect the privacy of all families, please avoid photographing or filming other children without permission.
22. From time to time, Flowerville playhouse may take photographs for promotional purposes. Consent will always be obtained before any identifiable images of children are used.
Liability
23. Participation in sensory play activities involves normal childhood play risks. By attending, parents and carers acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for supervising their children.
24. To the extent permitted by law, Flowerville playhouse is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities, except where required by law.
Session Attendance
25. Please arrive on time for your session.
26. All participants are expected to vacate the venue promptly at the conclusion of the session to allow for cleaning and preparation of subsequent activities.
27. Flowerville playhouse reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
