1: Ticket Purchase: All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded if you are unable to attend. Refunds will only be processed if The QNA Executive Committee or the cruise boat operator cancels the event.

2: Age Requirement: Attendees must be 18 years or older to participate in the cruise.

3: Event Access: Due to the nature of the event, we regret that this cruise is not suitable for patrons with mobility issues. The bathroom facilities involve steep steps.

4: Code of Conduct: This is a naturist event. All participants are expected to respect others' privacy and conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner and follow the QNA Conde Of Conduct available on our website.

5: Liability: The Queensland Naturist Association is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

6: Bar Service: A licensed bar will be available on board. Cash payments are preferred, as internet access for EFTPOS payments may be unreliable on the Broadwater. No BYO.

7: Weather Conditions: The cruise will proceed rain or shine. In the unlikely event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Queensland Naturist Association reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event at the committees discretion.

8: Photography: To protect the privacy of all attendees, photography is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorised by the event organisers.
