Terms & Conditions
All attendees must provide their full name and the details of a parent or legal guardian as an emergency contact when purchasing a ticket. This information will be provided to security.


Entry is restricted to Year 12 SMGS students only and their formal guests. Students will be required to show current Student ID (Schol ID is fine) to enter, and any students’ formal guests will need to provide identification (eg. learner’s permit or driving licence).


Anyone arriving intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted. They will be held in a waiting area until their emergency contact arrives.


Emergency contacts must be available for the entire duration of the event and attend if called. Venue Management reserves the right to contact them at any time.


Bag checks will be conducted on entry. Alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items are not allowed.


Students must arrive before the lockout time of 12.15am. No entry will be allowed after this time.


No pass-outs will be permitted.


All students must be collected from the venue by 3am.


The organisers will take all reasonable steps to ensure attendee safety during the event. However, once an attendee leaves the venue, their safety and wellbeing are no longer the responsibility of the organisers or venue staff.


The guest list will be strictly enforced.


Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace or limit, any conditions of entry or policies imposed by the venue.
