IMPORTANT INFORMATION


We anticipate that the Tyalgum Hall Trivia and Pizza Night will be a popular event, and to insure a comfortable and enjoyable evening for all who attend, we ask that you kindly note the following information:

Attendance MUST be pre-booked.
Admission to Tyalgum Hall on the night is for ticket holders only.
Due to catering and seating considerations, there will be no “standby” or “walk-in” seating available on the night.

Please only make a booking if you intend to participate in the Trivia Quiz.

If the event is fully booked, a Wait List option is available on the Trybooking Trivia and Pizza Night page.

Bookings will close THU 09 JULY at 4pm.
The Wait List will be cleared at that time and persons on the Wait List will be notified by email if seats are still available.

If you find that you are unable to attend, kindly contact the event organizer, using the link on the Trybooking Trivia and Pizza Night page.

Group or individual bookings at tables are to confirm attendance only.
Table numbers listed on TryBooking are not indicative of table location in the Hall.
Actual table locations will be allocated upon arrival on the night.

Groups / “Trivia Team” tickets may be booked in groups of 4, which may be combined with individual tickets or another group of 4 to make teams. There is no maximum size for a Trivia Team, but note that most tables will only accommodate eight people comfortably.

There’s a free pizza for registered players. Select your pizza when making your booking. Choices are “Meat Lovers”, Margarita or Vegetarian.

Coffee, Tea soft drinks and sweets will be available for purchase on the night. Or BYO your beverages and snacks.

There will be three rounds of questions along with some extra bonus challenges.
Prizes will be award to winning teams as a group, not to individual team members.
Exception: If you are a winning “team” of one person, then you get the prize!
