Terms & Conditions

• Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date
• A minimum of 15 ticket sales is required for the event to proceed
• In the event minimum numbers are not reached, ticket holders will be notified no later than Monday 22 June 2026 and refunded in full
• This event will proceed in light rain and winter weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, attendees will be notified of any changes
• Food will be served shared-style and includes vegetarian options
• Specific dietary requirements or allergies must be emailed through ahead of time. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the evening
• Drinks are not included in the ticket price and will be additional at each venue
• Guests may be seated at shared tables as part of the shared dining experience
• The furthest walking distance between venues is approximately 500m
• Please dress warmly and bring weather-appropriate clothing and/or an umbrella if rain is forecast
• Event timings and venues are subject to minor changes if required
