• Seating is general admission unless otherwise stated.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Sing It Out Loud reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, or intoxicated manner.
• No photography or recording of any person performing, as we adhere to performer safe guidelines.
• It Out Loud employees Five Star Media to photograph and video all performances.
• By attending this event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur for promotional and social media purposes.
• Audience members must respect all performers, adjudicators, staff, and venue policies at all times.
• Mobile phones should be placed on silent during performances.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without written permission from Sing It Out Loud.
• Sing It Out Loud reserves the right to alter the program, schedule, adjudicators, or event format if required.
• Entry fees and ticket sales help cover venue hire, staffing, adjudicators, and event operational costs.
• Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
