Lemurian Immersion & Sacred Soul Journey

By purchasing or participating in this retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Retreat Participation
Lemurian Immersion & Sacred Soul Journey is a personal development, wellness and immersive retreat experience designed to support relaxation, reflection, connection and self-exploration.
Participants understand that all sessions, ceremonies, teachings, movement practices, sound experiences and activities are offered for educational, personal and recreational purposes only.
This retreat does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric or financial advice or treatment.
Participants take full personal responsibility for their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing throughout the retreat experience.
2. Payments & Booking Policy
A deposit or full payment is required to secure your place.
Spaces are limited and offered on a first secured basis.
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of the retreat organisers.
Failure to complete payment instalments by agreed dates may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of prior payments.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the preparation, accommodation reservations and advance commitments required for this retreat, all payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person approved by the organisers.
In the event the retreat is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, all payments will be transferred to a future retreat date.
The organisers are not responsible for personal expenses incurred including flights, travel costs, currency fluctuations, transport, travel insurance or accommodation booked outside the retreat package.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
4. Travel Requirements
Participants are responsible for:
• Valid passports
• Visa requirements
• Travel insurance
• Medical needs and medications
• Flights and airport transfers unless otherwise stated
• Compliance with Indonesian travel regulations
Participants are encouraged to ensure they are medically fit for international travel and retreat participation.
5. Health & Personal Responsibility
By attending this retreat, participants acknowledge they are voluntarily engaging in activities that may include movement, meditation, breathwork, ceremonies, nature excursions, water activities and emotional self-reflection.
Participants agree to:
• Listen to their body and personal limits
• Inform organisers of relevant medical conditions or allergies
• Seek medical advice where appropriate before attending
• Take full responsibility for personal choices and participation
The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity considered unsafe for the participant or group.
6. Behaviour & Community Respect
This retreat is devoted to creating a respectful, safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Participants agree to:
• Treat all guests, facilitators, staff and local communities with kindness and respect
• Honour confidentiality within group sharing spaces
• Respect accommodation, retreat venues and sacred sites
• Refrain from aggressive, harmful or disruptive behaviour
The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour significantly impacts the safety, wellbeing or experience of others. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
7. Photography & Media
Photography and video may occur throughout the retreat for promotional and community-sharing purposes.
By attending, participants consent to the use of images or footage that may include them unless written notice is provided before the retreat begins.
Participants are welcome to respectfully capture personal memories while honouring the privacy and comfort of others.
8. Schedule Changes
The retreat itinerary, facilitators, accommodation details or activities may be adjusted where necessary due to weather, venue requirements, local conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Every effort will be made to preserve the integrity and experience of the retreat.
9. Liability Waiver
The retreat organisers, facilitators, assistants and affiliates are not liable for:
• Personal injury
• Illness
• Loss or damage of belongings
• Travel interruptions
• Delays, cancellations or natural events
• Personal decisions or outcomes resulting from retreat participation
Participation occurs voluntarily and at the participant’s own risk.
10. Agreement
By purchasing a retreat space, participants acknowledge they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
