Rooftop Pairings Terms & Conditions

Offer
Each ticket is valid for one guest and includes a five-course winter degustation paired with five matched Grant Burge wines at The Point Rooftop Bar & Restaurant.

Minimum Booking
Tickets are sold per person. There is no maximum group size, subject to venue availability and seating capacity.

Event Period
This offer is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays throughout August 2026, during restaurant operating hours and subject to availability.

Booking Process
Purchase of a TryBooking ticket secures the Rooftop Pairings package only and does not automatically confirm a table time. After purchase, guests will be contacted by the venue via email to arrange a booking time. Guests may also contact the venue directly on (08) 9218 9542 to secure a time. A valid TryBooking reference must be provided when making the venue booking.

Seating
Table allocation and booking times are managed by the venue. Seating requests, including river-view preferences, may be noted but cannot be guaranteed.

Changes by Venue / Exclusive Event Bookings
Management reserves the right to move a booking to another date or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary for operational reasons, including but not limited to exclusive or major private events, venue buyouts, safety issues, supplier availability, staffing requirements, or other circumstances affecting service. Where the venue cancels a booking or makes a major change, customers will be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a refund.

Customer Cancellations and No-Shows
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, non-attendance or late arrival, except where required by law. Any request to move a booking is subject to venue approval and availability.

Menu and Beverage Substitutions
The venue reserves the right to vary menu items, beverage selections, serving formats or inclusions where required due to availability, seasonal changes, supplier changes or operational requirements. Any substitutions will be of a reasonably equivalent standard.

Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be advised when arranging the booking time with the venue. Requests will be accommodated where possible, but cannot be guaranteed. This is a curated degustation experience and some dietary substitutions may not be available.

Alcohol Service
This is an 18+ alcohol-inclusive offer. Valid photo ID may be required. Alcohol service is subject to responsible service of alcohol laws, and the venue reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons or anyone unable to provide valid proof of age.

TryBooking Terms
By purchasing a ticket, customers also agree to any applicable TryBooking terms and conditions.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
