1. General Admission
• All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry where applicable.
• Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold without prior approval from the event organiser.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or unlawful manner.
2. Refund Policy
• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including in cases of change of mind, inability to attend, illness, scheduling conflicts, or adverse weather conditions.
• Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new event date at the organiser’s discretion.
3. Venue Conditions of Entry
By entering the venue, patrons agree to comply with all venue directions, signage, and staff instructions.
The following conditions apply:
• No BYO alcohol is permitted onsite.
• BBQs are not permitted.
• Dogs are permitted on the grounds only and must remain on a lead at all times.
• Drone operation is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by venue management.
• Professional photography or filming is only permitted with prior approval from Carrick Hill.
4. Safety & Visitor Responsibility
Patrons enter the venue at their own risk and must take reasonable care while onsite.
Visitors must:
• Remain aware of uneven ground, steps, water features, and natural hazards.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Keep a safe distance from wildlife, including native animals that may be present onsite.
• Follow all safety signage and staff directions.
5. Accessibility
Carrick Hill welcomes all visitors. Some garden areas may have limited accessibility due to terrain and heritage conditions.
6. Weather & Event Changes
• Events may proceed in varying weather conditions unless otherwise advised.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend event schedules, performances, seating, or venue areas without notice where necessary for operational, safety, or weather reasons.
7. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the event, patrons acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. Attendees consent to the use of their image or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise advised in writing prior to the event.
8. Damage & Liability
Patrons may be held financially responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning caused to venue property through negligent or wilful behaviour.
9. Compliance With Laws
All patrons must comply with:
• Applicable South Australian laws;
• Venue regulations;
• Directions issued by event staff, security, or emergency services personnel.
10. E-Marketing
Ticket buyers will be automatically opted-in to Carrick Hill's e-marketing database. If ticket buyers no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Carrick Hill for removal.
