Course / Workshop / Study Day Refund Terms and Conditions
In the event of a cancellation, refund of fees for a Course, Workshop or Study Day are available under the following guidelines;

If the cancellation is;

· Greater than 10 business days prior to the event a full refund can be given
· Less than 10 business days prior to the event a 20% cancellation/administrative fee will apply and will be deducted at the time of refund
· Less than 10 business days prior the event or for notifications of non-attendance within 5 business days after the event, a Medical Certificate or Statutory Declaration will be required for full refund

Advice of refund terms and conditions is stated at the time of booking, which the client agrees to, when finalising registrations in Trybooking.

Payments made through Trybooking.com will be refunded through Trybooking.com.
Refunds can take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back on the customer’s card that the purchase was initially paid with.
Only the cost of the tickets will be refunded. The 30c booking fee is not refunded and will be charged again if registration needs to re–purchased. This is stated in Trybooking’s terms and conditions that the customer agrees to at the time of booking.

If payment was made outside of Trybooking.com, an internal Albury Wodonga Health payment request will be raised. Bank account details for the client may be required for direct credit options
