1. Age Requirement
Brad's Trivia Night is an adults-only (18+) event. All attendees must be aged 18 years or over.

2. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, entertainment, fundraising activities or venue arrangements where necessary.

4. Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control, ticket holders will be advised of available options as soon as practicable.

5. Photography & Social Media
Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By attending, guests acknowledge that images and footage may be used for promotional, fundraising and reporting purposes relating to Brad's Trivia Night and RTSG.

6. Responsible Service of Alcohol
The venue's Responsible Service of Alcohol policies apply at all times. Guests must comply with directions provided by venue staff.

7. Conduct
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, offensive or inappropriate.

8. Fundraising Purpose
All proceeds will be donated to Road Trauma Support Group NSW, a not-for-profit charity providing trauma counselling, peer support and practical assistance to families and close friends whose loved one was killed in a criminal act on NSW roads.
