•Bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is received, no refunds and/or credits will be granted under any circumstance.
• Participants attend the Winter Holiday Program at their own risk. Dancefusion Performing Arts Academy (DFPA), its staff and affiliates accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained during the program.
• By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that physical activity and dance-related activities carry inherent risks.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all medical information, allergies and emergency contact details provided are accurate and up to date.
• DFPA reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, activities or staffing where required.
• By attending the program, parents/guardians consent to photographs and/or videos being taken of participants for use on DFPA social media platforms, website, promotional material and marketing purposes unless otherwise advised in writing prior to the event.
• Respectful behaviour towards staff and fellow participants is expected at all times. DFPA reserves the right to remove any participant displaying unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
