Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Footy Teacher Holiday Skills Camp Series, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Media Permission

Footy Teacher may take photos and videos during the clinic for promotional, social media and marketing purposes.

By booking into this event, you give permission for your child to be photographed or filmed and for this content to be used by Footy Teacher, unless you notify us in writing prior to the clinic.

If you do not want your child photographed or filmed, please contact Footy Teacher before the session.

Injury and Participation

Football activities involve physical movement and some level of risk.

By booking into this event, you acknowledge that your child is physically able to participate in football activities and that all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs have been provided during the booking process.

Footy Teacher coaches will take reasonable care to provide a safe and supervised training environment. However, Footy Teacher is not responsible for injuries that may occur through normal participation in football activities.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child brings any required medication, including asthma puffers, EpiPens or other medical items.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable.

If your child is unable to attend, please contact Footy Teacher as soon as possible. Where possible, we may offer a transfer to another player or a future Footy Teacher session, but this is not guaranteed.

Weather and Event Changes

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Footy Teacher may modify, postpone or cancel the session.

If a session needs to be changed due to weather or circumstances outside our control, families will be contacted with further information.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
