CORDA CLUB - 50/50 Official Rules

IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE VICTORIAN GAMBLING AND CASINO CONTROL COMMISSION

* Online raffle sales run 10th July 2023 to 24th August 2023. On-site sales will run at all Haileybury home games. The Raffle is operated through an electronic system for the purchase of tickets and for tracking and storing entrant information associated with purchased tickets (the “System”). By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Raffle Rules and by the decisions of Corda Club which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
* Jackpot. The "Jackpot" shall be the total proceeds from Raffle tickets sold for that event ("Raffle Tickets"). The amount of the Jackpot will be tracked by the System, and the continuously updated amount will be publicly posted in the newsletter.
* Allocation of Proceeds. Raffle first prize winner will receive a prize equal to thirty percent (30%) of the Jackpot for the particular event. Raffle second prize winner will receive a prize equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the Jackpot for the particular event. Raffle third prize winner will receive a prize equal to five percent (5%) of the Jackpot for the particular event.The other fifty percent (50%) of the Jackpot will benefit the Corda Club, which supports the Haileybury AFL and AFLW programs. Corda Club shall allocate its share of the Jackpot to the Haileybury AFL and AFLW initiatives which it selects in its sole and absolute discretion.
* Eligibility. The Raffle is open only to all persons who are located in the Victoria at the time of entry and otherwise meet the conditions specified in these Official Raffle Rules.
* Purchasing Raffle Tickets. All Raffle Tickets may be purchased as follows: ONE (1) Raffle Tickets for $50.00; THREE (3) Raffle Tickets for $140.00. There is no limit to the number of Raffle Tickets an individual may purchase. Raffle Tickets are available for purchase from 9:00am Sat 6th May. Unlimited raffle tickets are available, the more tickets sold, the greater the jackpot.
* Consumers can purchase tickets online by visiting Corda club Instagram and follow the directions to purchase a Raffle Ticket through Trybooking. Entrants purchasing Raffle Tickets online must fully complete their purchase using the procedures specified. Consumers can purchase tickets on-site by visiting a 50/50 volunteer at home games through a handheld machine, including payment machine through the same software and process as the online ticket sales. All raffle ticket purchases are final sale.
* ALL METHODS OF PURCHASE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. If the System experiences any technical difficulties during an event, Corda Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend the Raffle until the problem can be remedied, whereupon it will resume.  
* Selection of Winners. Upon the conclusion of the Purchase Period, Corda Club will use the System to randomly generate three winning ticket numbers from among the numbers associated with purchased tickets. The draw will be conducted by a senior Corda Club raffle staff member. Two Haileybury AFL/AFLW officials (or their delegates) will be present to supervise the draw at the Haileybury Football Mid-Season event. The draw(s) is open to the public. The name on the winning Raffle Tickets will be posted when the draw is done in the Corda Club newsletter and on Corda Club social channels. The winner will be notified by Email and / or phone call within 24hrs of the draw.
* Prize Claim. The prize may be claimed within thirty (30) days of the applicable draw.
* Odds. The odds of winning the Raffle depend on the number of Raffle Tickets purchased for the drawing.
