By purchasing a ticket to this event, all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

EVENT FORMAT
This event is strictly a Meet & Greet and Photo Opportunity with Kiku Sharda only.
No live performance, comedy act, stage show, singing performance, theatrical performance, or on-stage appearance by Kiku Sharda is included or guaranteed as part of any ticket category.
However, local live Bollywood performances will be available throughout the night to keep all guests entertained.

Each ticket includes only the inclusions specifically mentioned under the purchased ticket category. Access, seating, priority entry, photographs, memorabilia, or other benefits are strictly limited to the ticket type purchased.

All attendees will receive a brief photo opportunity with Kiku Sharda as per event scheduling and management directions. Event organisers reserve the right to manage timing, queue flow, photography arrangements, and guest interactions to ensure smooth event operations.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue arrangements, seating, timing, inclusions, or event format at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

In the event of circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, including illness, travel disruption, force majeure, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the artist or event operations, the organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser, promoter, venue, management, staff, affiliates, sponsors, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, disappointment, personal property loss, indirect loss, or inconvenience suffered by any attendee in connection with the event.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee behaving in a disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful manner without refund.

By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, social media, and publicity purposes by the organiser and affiliated media partners without compensation.

Meet & Greet access, VIP inclusions, priority access, and other ticket entitlements are valid only for the original ticket holder and cannot be exchanged or substituted unless approved by the organiser.

Meet & Greet interaction times may vary depending on operational requirements, crowd size, timing constraints, and event management decisions.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided except where required under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Entry is subject to venue rules, security procedures, and event management directions. Failure to comply may result in refused entry or removal from the event without refund.

By purchasing or using a ticket for this event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
