By purchasing or using a ticket to attend this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Ticket Terms
* All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except where required by law.
* Ticket transfers/name changes will be accepted until 12:00pm Monday, 20 July 2026.
* Transfer requests must be submitted via SMS to the event coordinator, Hayden Meyers, on 0402 222 129 and include the original attendee’s name and the replacement guest’s full name.
* Entry requires a valid government-issued photo ID and valid ticket confirmation (physical ticket, QR code, or digital wallet confirmation).
* The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who breaches these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, inappropriate, intoxicated, or disruptive.

Event Policies
* This is a strictly 18+ event.
* Dress code: Cocktail attire.
* Outside food and BYO beverages are prohibited.
* Smoking and vaping are only permitted within designated smoking areas.
* Guests must comply with all reasonable directions provided by event staff, venue staff, security personnel, and RSA marshals.

Liability and Safety
* Licensed security personnel will be present throughout the event to maintain venue security, RSA compliance, and patron safety.
* Guests attend the event at their own risk.
* To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organisers, venue, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring at or in connection with the event.
* Guests consuming alcohol are expected to do so responsibly and in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
* Intoxicated persons may be refused entry, refused service, or removed from the event without refund.
* Designated driver arrangements and safe transport home remain the responsibility of each guest.

Damage and Responsibility
* Guests are financially responsible for any loss, damage, or theft caused by their actions to the venue, event property, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, or facilities, whether intentional, reckless, or negligent.
* The organisers reserve the right to seek compensation or recovery costs for any repair, cleaning, replacement, or damage caused during the event.

Conduct
* Harassment, discrimination, violence, unlawful conduct, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
* Photography and videography may occur during the event. Attendance constitutes consent to appear in event photography, video recordings, and promotional material unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
* Guests must comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and lawful directions from event staff and security personnel.
* ADF members remain responsible for complying with applicable service obligations and standards of conduct.

Event Changes and Cancellation
* The organisers reserve the right to modify event details, including the date, time, venue, entertainment, or food and beverage inclusions, where reasonably necessary.
* In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, the organisers may reschedule the event, issue partial refunds, or provide ticket credits at their discretion.
