Full payment will be processed at time of booking. No refunds will be provided for booking cancellations or no-shows. Please note once booking payments are made, we are unable to offer any refunds. If a person under your booking is unable to attend the event, you can allocate the ticket to another person. By attending this event you consent to potentially being in the background of content on social media.

Last Updated: 2026. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to or attending any of our events, or before using our website and social media platforms. By doing any of the above, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. GENERAL
1. These Terms and Conditions govern your attendance at our events and your use of our website (www.bingohellas.com) and social media platforms. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending any event.
2. Although we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions — by email or by notice on our website or social media platforms — it is your responsibility to check this document periodically to ensure you are aware of the most current version.
3. By using or browsing our website, social media platforms, or by purchasing a ticket for or attending any of our events, you agree to follow and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in your removal from the event without compensation.

2. WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES
Your ticket is an entry fee to the venue and the event. It is not a ticket to play bingo.

Each ticket grants you entry to a live entertainment event which may include any or all of the following:
• Comedian / Singer / Entertainer Host or MC: A live host or master of ceremonies who performs throughout the event, which may include comedy, singing, or interactive entertainment.
• Live DJ: A live DJ performing music throughout the event at high volume. Please note that music may be played at high decibel levels.
• Dancing: A designated dance area and/or dancing encouraged throughout the event.
• Food & Beverage: An opportunity to purchase drinks and finger foods from the venue. Food and beverage items are not included in the ticket price and are purchased separately.
• Dancers & Roving Entertainers: The event may also feature professional dancers and roving entertainers moving throughout the venue.
• On-the-Spot Games & Prizes: The event may include spontaneous games, audience participation activities, and prizes awarded on the night.

The event program, entertainment lineup, and activities are subject to change at any time without notice. Bingo Hellas does not guarantee any specific entertainment element will be present at any given event.

3. BINGO — FREE ENTERTAINMENT ONLY (NO CASH PRIZES)
IMPORTANT: Bingo is not included as part of your paid ticket. Any and all bingo games that take place at our events are provided entirely as free entertainment for guests who wish to participate while attending the event.

You acknowledge and agree that:
• No cash prizes: At no time will any bingo game or any other game or activity at our events be played for cash. There are no cash prizes, monetary rewards, or any games played for monetary value of any kind, under any circumstances.
• No real-money prizes: Bingo Hellas operates with no real-money prizes. No winner will be awarded the monetary value of any prize under any circumstances.
• Free participation: Participation in bingo games is entirely optional and free of charge. You do not need to play bingo, and choosing not to play does not affect your enjoyment of or entitlement to the other entertainment at the event.
• Not gambling: We do not consider our events to constitute gambling. Guests cannot “chase losses” as no monetary value is at stake at any time.
• Prize tie-breaks: In the rare event that more than one person calls a winning result simultaneously, a play-off activity (such as a dance-off) will be held. The winner will be determined by audience response, such as the loudest cheer. That person will receive the prize for that round.
• Prize liability: Bingo Hellas is not legally liable for prizes once they have been passed to a guest. No alternative prizes will be offered other than those shown during the event. We are not responsible for any issues relating to the functionality, quality, or improper use of any prize. Some prizes are novelty items and should not be used in any manner that puts your health at risk. If you leave a prize at the venue, we cannot be held responsible for it being lost or damaged.

4. TICKET PURCHASE & ENTRY CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You are entering into a legally binding contract with Bingo Hellas.
• You and any persons for whom you are purchasing tickets are at least 18 years of age. If you are purchasing a ticket for a person under 18, you acknowledge that the child must be accompanied by an adult at all times without exception. Should a child be found without adult supervision, management will ask that child to identify the adult(s) they attended with, and all parties may be asked to leave the event.
• All personal details entered at the time of purchase are correct.
• All tickets purchased are for the correct date and venue.
• You will arrive at the event on time as stated on your ticket. While we will make efforts to accommodate latecomers, entry is not guaranteed, and no refund will be provided for late arrival.
• You will comply with all local health legislation and venue regulations applicable to the event location. Venue regulations are displayed at each venue.
• You may be required to provide proof of age and identity upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry without a refund.
• You may be refused entry if you arrive wearing leisure wear, such as tracksuit bottoms or football tops.
• You will not dance on tables or chairs. Should you do so and cause injury to yourself or others, you accept full legal accountability for your actions and agree to hold Bingo Hellas and the venue harmless.
• Our events may include references to sex and alcohol, and music will be played at high volume.
• If you choose to participate in any on-stage activity, you do so entirely at your own risk.
• We operate an unreserved seating policy. Guests should arrive early to secure seats together. Bingo Hellas will not provide compensation where guests have no view of the stage due to late arrival.
• A small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns. Symptoms may include lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Please seek immediate assistance from a Bingo Hellas or venue staff member if you experience any of these symptoms.
• In venues where CCTV is in operation, images are used for the purposes of safety and security.

5. TICKET REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
All sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable.

Tickets will not be refunded for any reason other than cancellation of your event where a rescheduled date has not been offered. Any rescheduled date will be determined solely by Bingo Hellas.
Bingo Hellas is not responsible for your failure to secure tickets to any event.

6. RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The venue and Bingo Hellas reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove you from the premises if you:
• Compromise the safety of yourself or others.
• Are affecting the enjoyment of other guests.
• Are impacting the running of the event.
• Are acting aggressively, or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Removal from an event for any of the above reasons will not entitle you to a refund or any compensation.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING
By attending our events you agree that you are doing so on a non-commercial basis and will not attempt to replicate or copy our format. You also agree not to use or reproduce any of our artwork, photos, videos, text, graphics, designs, structures, or any other intellectual property relating to our digital assets. Any photos or film footage taken at our events are not to be used for commercial purposes.
You agree that any photos or film footage linked to or uploaded onto our social media pages becomes the property of Bingo Hellas and may be used for advertising and other promotional purposes.
By purchasing a ticket and entering our events, you agree to be recorded by us or agreed third parties — including but not limited to event sponsors — for use in our promotional and marketing materials.

8. COMMERCIAL USE OF TICKETS
You warrant that tickets are purchased for personal use only. You may not use your tickets for any commercial or business activity, nor may you resell your tickets at a premium to make personal profit. Any attempt to do so will result in your tickets being cancelled without refund or compensation.

9. WEBSITE ACCESS
We endeavour to provide continuous access to our website (www.bingohellas.com), however we cannot guarantee that access will be uninterrupted at all times.
