1. Eligibility
• The event is only open to students of Secret Harbour Primary School.
• Admission is only allowed with a valid ticket or prior registration.
• Students must have parent/guardian consent to attend via the online booking.

• Children will be supervised by parent volunteers.
• First aid provision will be available on site.
• Emergency contact details must be provided on the online booking.

3. Arrival and Collection
• Students must arrive and be collected promptly at the event times.
• Students will not be permitted to leave the venue unaccompanied.

4. Conduct and Behaviour
• Normal school behaviour expectations apply.
• Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour may result in emergency contact called and the information will be passed onto the school.

5. Liability and Personal Items
• The P&C and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Students are discouraged from bringing valuables or large sums of money.

6. Photography and Media
• Photos or videos may be taken during the event for school use (e.g., newsletter, website) in accordance with school policy.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the P&C or school.
• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issue), the school and P&C will notify parents/guardians as soon as possible.
